Wandal Community Garden

The Wandal Community Garden Day Service . A place for people with a disability to participate in gardening activities. Service users have the opportunity to learn about food production, based on permaculture principles; develop natural friendships, share skills, experience, and knowledge.

Wandal Community garden Day Service is an initiative of Home Support Association Inc.

Home Support Association Inc. is a not for profit organisation that provides quality and meaningful support services to people with a disability.

The funded day service is available to people with a disability between the ages of 18 and 65. Eligibility criteria must be met.

The Wandal Community Garden Day Service participants work alongside other community garden members to establish and maintain a functioning food production garden.

The Day Service staff will support people with a disability to work side by side with other people in their community who share a common interest in gardening.
