Home Support Association Inc. (HSA) has operated in the Rockhampton Community since 1993. This service is funded by Disability Services to provide quality one on one support for people with a disability between the ages of 16 and 60 years who live in their own home. On receipt of your application for Client Services, Home Support Association staff will contact you to arrange a confidential interview to better understand your needs. Each application is considered on an individual basis. In order to provide a high quality of service, people supported by HSA are encouraged to participate in the selection of their support workers. Visit us to pick up an “Information and Application for Client Services” form. Referrals are also accepted from other service providers.
